BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINATIONS
The terms for three of our Directors will expire, as of our Annual General Meeting, on April 5, 2011. As a member and owner of boomerang CREDIT UNION you are eligible to stand for election as a Director for your Credit Union.
Each candidate for Board of Directors must complete and submit a Nomination Form to the Nominating Committee by March 4, 2011. The Nominating Committee will then submit a list of nominations for Directors at the Credit Union’s Annual General Meeting on April 5, 2011.

Second Family First Event – A Huge Success!
Even though the gates were not scheduled to open until 7:00 pm. at Storybook Gardens, members began arriving at the park as early as 5:30 pm. Nearly 300 members and their guests joined us in celebrating several milestones. Storybook Gardens, London’s #1 family landmark celebrated its 50th anniversary, while the Credit Union celebrated our 60th anniversary.
The weather cooperated and the rain that threatened all evening did not materialize, allowing the members and their guests to enjoy the evening’s activities. The splash pads were a huge hit as were the Birds of Prey show and the seal feeding. We were fortunate to be the first group to try out the brand new ferris wheel on its first day of operations.
We donated $5 on behalf of each attendee to ReForest London.
We also had an amazing response to our survey that was distributed to all those in attendance. Over half of the people who came responded to the survey and the responses were amazing. Most wanted us to repeat the evening’s event at Storybook again in the future.
