NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tentative date for the 63nd annual meeting of the members of BOOMERANG CREDIT UNION LIMITEDÂ will be held at the Best Western Lamplighter Inn, 591 Wellington Road South, London, at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
The purpose of this meeting is: To receive the Board of Director’s report, the financial statements, the auditor’s report, to appoint the nominated auditor, to elect directors and to transact such other business as may properly come before an Annual Meeting of members.
Please join your fellow members from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm for refreshments prior to our Annual Meeting.
